Go North on I-95 toward Connecticut

Take Exit 91 (Rt. 234 Stonington Borough). Go straight past traffic light to Rt. 234 East.

At end of Rt. 234, take left to Rt. 1 North. Once in Westerly, Rt. 1 becomes Main Street and a one way street. Take left off of Main Street to Union Street. At end of Union Street, take left onto Broad Street. Take first left onto High Street. High Street Yoga will be on left hand side.
